Hazel A. King has eighteen years of experience promoting and building organizations. Prior to founding H.A. King and Associates Inc., Ms. King worked in corporate communications. For the past several years, the firm has provided management support services in the public and private sector. Ms. King has received numerous appointments to boards of both public (local, state and federal) and private organizations. Over the years, she has been active in a number of professional small business advocacy organizations including:
- Illinois Women’s Business Ownership Council (chair)
- The Illinois Workforce Investment Board
- The Cosmopolitan Chamber of Commerce
- The Illinois State Treasurer’s Advisory Council for Women’s Issues
